Now you can read their record.” According to this article, while most misconduct investigations involve routine infractions, the review of records included more than 20,000 investigations of officers using excessive force, more than 3,000 allegations of rape, child molestation, and other sexual misconduct, and more than 2,000 domestic violence complaints among officers.
